The tour will start at the emblematic wharf of Muelle Prat where visitors can get a close-up view of the large ships that call at the Port of Valparaiso and continue to the Plaza Sotomayor and the Monument to the Heroes of Iquique, where the remains of heroes who fought in the Naval Combat of Iquique and Punta Gruesa in the Pacific War are honoured and laid to rest. Afterwards, we will take the "El Peral" funicular, one of the 16 funiculars in the city, which connects the Plaza Justicia with the Mirador del Paseo Yugoslavo on the Cerro Alegre, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the Bay of Valparaiso. On this same promenade is the Baburizza Palace, a beautiful 20th century building, which houses the Municipal Museum of Fine Arts of Valparaiso.

After our visit to Cerro Alegre, we will go to Cerro Concepción where we will be able to visit two emblematic walks and take beautiful pictures in the walks Mirador Atkinson and Paseo Gervasoni. On this same hill, we will be able to see the Lutheran Church, the first Protestant church in South America, built at the end of the 19th century, which reflects the German influence in the region.

We will finish our tour, going down the funicular "ascensor Reina Victoria", declared a National Monument in 1998. From its upper station we will be able to observe beautiful artistic murals.
